The rules of the road for using Glated. Short, plain, and only as legal as they need to be.
By creating a Glated account or using any Glated service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product. If you're using Glated on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password (and login email) secure. If somebody else gets in, that's on you — tell us as soon as possible and we'll help lock it down.
Don't use Glated for any of the following:
We use a mix of automated and human review. If we find a violation, we act.
You own everything you put on Glated. Your bio pages, your text, your images, your links — all yours. To actually serve your pages to the internet, you grant Glated a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and back up that content. The moment you delete it, the license ends.
Glated includes AI-powered features. When you use them, your prompt and any required context are sent to our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) under their data-processing terms. Outputs are generated and may be imperfect or repeat content. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.
You can delete your account anytime from settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, depending on severity. If we do, we'll explain why in good faith and help you export your content where reasonable.
Glated is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. We try hard, but software breaks. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glated's total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is capped at the total fees you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim — or one hundred US dollars ($100) if you're on a free plan. We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We may update these terms. Material changes get the date stamp at the top updated and an email to your account address. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
